[TRLog] COUNTRY INFO FILE for IOTA

Thanks to W5ASP, K6ACZ & W6ISO for their help.  I know have the stuff to
make a country info file for IOTA.  Time permitting, I'll have it done in
a few days & if anyone would like a copy, just ask!
