[TRLog] Counting point in VK_ZL

I found a problem with counting point in VK_ZL contest.
According to the rule of VK_ZL contest,point for a QSO changes on 
each band,10 point on 80m,5 point on 40m,1 point on 20m,2 point on
15m, and 3 point on10m.
On ver6.29,10m point is counted as 2 instead of 3.
