[TRLog] 6.39 breaks [?

I can't find LOOK FOR RST SENT in the ^J menu.  It does say 6.39 there for
the VERSION line, so I think I'm running 6.39.  The reason I'm looking is
because the [ character now logs 599 instead of the RST sent (at least not
in General QSO mode).  Just for kicks, I put LOOK FOR RST SENT = TRUE into
LOGCFG.DAT & no change.
