It would be a bit of hard work, but if you do it right, it can be all
cream and butter:

Make a copy of CTY.DAT in your RSGB_Contest subdirectory.
Edit this copy by making ten copies of Japan entry and modifying each for
one call area, as
Japan1:                   25:  45:  AS:   35.70:  -139.80:    -9.0:  JA1:
    7J1,7K1,7L1,7M1,7N1,8J1,8K1,8L1,8M1,8N1,JA1,JB1,JC1,JE1,JF1,JG1,JH1,JI1,
    JJ1,JK1,JL1,JM1,JN1,JO1,JP1,JQ1,JR1,JS1;
Japan2:                   25:  45:  AS:   35.70:  -139.80:    -9.0:  JA2:
    7J2,7K2,7L2,7M2,7N2,8J2,8K2,8L2,8M2,8N2,JA2,JB2,JC2,JE2,JF2,JG2,JH2,JI2,
    JJ2,JK2,JL2,JM2,JN2,JO2,JP2,JQ2,JR2,JS2,KA2CC,KA2DX,KA2EX;
etc

You can even put in more accurate geographical coordinates.

Repeat for VK,ZL and ZS call areas. Then try it for K, VE, VO.
Now, what will you do with the vanity callsigns? And where would ZS80NRM be?
Repeat every time a new CTY.DAT is issued.
