[TRLog] hot key cq

Just program one of the unused 
S&P F keys with the CQMODE command.
It switches you from S&P to CQ and calls CQ.
One key! It's been there for ages. (And I am FAR
from a power user.)

Hello Chaps again

Further thoughts regarding a hot way of returning to CQ mode and
autosend CQ.

I guess that those who have been using the program longer than
me will be conditioned to presing 'return' for sending CQ.  Maybe
an option could be as follows:

when the call field is empty in S&P mode, if 'return' is pressed
it switches the program to CQ and sends the F1 CQ.
