R: [TRLog] Country file for CQ M

Hmm... - no problem here (except that download from mai.ru failed, had to
get it from the US mirror at rossiya.net)
I didn't touch the config file nor the original CTY.DAT in the TR directory,
just put the R-150-S CTY.DAT into the working directory ...\CQ-M

Just notice now that your file name is different. I downloaded (from a
hyperlink) a CQM_CTY.ZIP containing a CTY.DAT and a README.TXT, both of
17.05.1998. Did you maybe happen to download some other file format?
