[TRLog] auto S&P enable, etc.

I am new to TR and still have a problem trying to guess what the program is
going to send when I push enter.   In cq mode it is simple....but when in
S%P and there have been a couple dupes that you did not call...I usually
wound up sending garbage on the guy instead of K9dx...On the second radio
where I was  not listening too closely, I am sure I made a fool of myself.
How can I know what is going to happen when I press enter? It sounds like a
very stupid question and it probably is.  John K9DX
