[TRLog] New Manual Real Soon

For those who have been wondering about the manual, I expect there to be a 
new released version in the next few days.

I have tried to document many features that were previsouly undocumented. 
The biggest, most obvious change is to the index. It's still not finished, 
but it's much more complete than it it was before.

And for those of you who use the manual on-line, I hope that the many new 
hyperlinks will be helpful.

I haven't been counting, but there must be somewhere between 1,000 and 
2,000 individual editing changes between the last released version and the 
current working copy. Many of them won't be visible, but I hope that a lot 
of them will be.

I'll announce it here as soon as I've done the upload, along with a list of 
the changes.
