[TRLog] shft key tuning

greetings all from hot G

I have just been playing around with my ft1kmp rig interface and
noticed that when in S&P mode, and using the shft keys to tune,
the frequency is only displayed when the key is released.

is this the same on all rigs?  If so can it be modified to follow
the rig.  I find the other alternative of repeated key presses
somewhat tedious.
