[TRLog] RST Prompt Logs QSO in CQ mode

Folks,

I've tried to keep the same GenQSO config file for the past several years, 
however, I somehow managed to delete it and had to reconstruct it.  Now, when 
I'm prompted for an RST for a station responding to my CQ, the signal is 
logged when I enter the RST and before I can put the name and QTH in the 
comments section.  What gives?
