[TRLog] SS logs don't have serial numbers

No, POST C (Create Cabrillo file) does not restore the numbers.
You could try POST L C (i. e. Log procedures - Create final logs)
Select no separation per band, nor per mode and select RENUMBER QSO NUMBERS.
You'll get a LALLBOTH.DAT with QSOs numbered as they appear in your log.
Now make a copy of your SS.CFG (or whatever name you selected) named
LALLBOTH.CFG.
Run POST C and rename LALLBOTH.CBR to <yourcall>.CBR.
Hope this works.
