I tried this, but couldn't get the program to log the contacts.
The program seemed to think it was European Russia.

Instead, for the Maritime Mobiles, I added the following lines to
N4GN's S50P13DC.DOM, and it seems to work ok:

Mm1 = MM1
Mm2 = MM2
Mm3 = MM3
