[TRLog] SBDVP

I have been trying to set p SBDVP for 10Mtr contest. I have it working well
except for one problem. It does not work the push to talk line. Does anyone
know which line the program toggles for PTT. Is it DTR CTS or both? That
could be my problem. I am using rigblaste for the interface and it works
fine with other programs.
