[TRLog] WcF section in ARRL 160 test

Two stations gave me WcF for section in the 160 test.  I see it in the
Arrlsec.dom file, but neither it nor WC is in my multiplier list on the
screen (V. 6.45).  Is WcF a valid section for the 160?  If so, how do I
correct my log so that the score is figured properly?
