[TRLog] Dx Telnet

I used the K1TTT Wintelnetx software this past weekend to receive (not send)
spots with TR 6.48.  Once I configured TR to automatically insert LF and CR
on the packet interface it worked fine.

Wintelnetx is also free, unlike DXTelnet.
