[TRLog] Conversion to ADIF

when i used the logconv progam that i previously used to convert the dat
file to adif and then import into DXBase 2000 I got all dates listed as
06-02-2106 and all times listed as 06:28
This did not happen when i converted and imported my cqww data last fall.
Any idea what happened?
