Been there done that too  ....but that is not the problem we are trying to
solve here.
What address did the Siig ports come up for on COM3 and 4?
What IRQ are they using?
Have you been able to get TR to recognize a PCI card at a non standard address
(i.e other than 3E8,2E8,2F8,3F8).?
And most importantly can you get TR to recognize a PCI card at COM5 and COM6?If
so using what IRQ?
A Comp -USA 2 ser/1 parallel? Are you sure this is a PCI card and not an ISA
card? I was recently  (last week ) in Comp USA and the only 2S/1P cards they
had were ISA (by Siig by the way, these are jumpered ISA cards and do work at
least for COM 3 and 4)
