Byterunner WEB site provided a program called VSEMUIO.COM which is a DOS TSR which allows me to assign a standard Address and IRQ to the card. I run the TSR setting the address to 3E8 and IRQ4 . Now <TR PORTS> says that the port is there at 3E8, but TRlog still dosent see (i.e. no communication with the radio) the card when I run <TR>.
