A few weeks ago I put out a query for help with the byte runner serial card. and getting it to run with TRLOG, A few suggestions but still no joy in mudville.

I have the COM1 and COM2 ports set up on the mother board with their standard addresses and IRQ's. I have taken all other plug in cards out of the machine but the Byterunner serial card.
The Byterunner by default now comes up at address A020 for COM3 (not the standard 3E8). <TR PORTS> however still does not see COM3. Byterunner WEB site provided a program called VSEMUIO.COM which is a DOS TSR which allows me to assign a standard Address and IRQ to the card. I run the TSR setting the address to 3E8 and IRQ4 . Now <TR PORTS> says that the port is there at 3E8, but TRlog still dosent see (i.e. no communication with the radio) the card when I run <TR>.

My windows based logging program communicates fine with the radio on COM4, so I know the radio and the port are working.

Helpppppp !
