[TRLog] WAE multipliers

In trying to set up for the WAE contest, I find that the multipliers
I get don't line up with those of the contest for staions in
NA. For example, I get KH6 and PY. Any ideas of how to fix this?
I'm using version 6.47 (I know it's old). I have tried setting
DX MULT to CQ EUROPEAN COUNTRIES just as an experiment and there
is no change.
