[TRLog] Fwd: Re: K4OGG, NAQP-PH

Looking at the sample Cabrillo format at:

http://www.kkn.net/~trey/cabrillo/qso-template.html

I see these problems (assuming Dave's e-mail was not changed in its spacing
in transit):

-  No serial numbers in the output (major issue)
-  Sent name should be in position 47 and state in 58
-  Received name at 78, state 89

Would have to start counting spaces, etc. to get any other problems.
