Yippee!!!

Looks like all of my subliminal/psychic suggestions ("Tree...please
support RTTY contests...please support RTTY contests...") are finally
paying off.  :-)

Of course, WF1B just GPL'd his RTTY package, replete with source code if
you want it.  Go figure.

Regardless, looks like we "bit twiddlers" win.
