[TRLog] REF Contest config file and .DOM

Hello all,

Thanks all for the info 
I just made a little mod on the REF.DOM 
(removed TK, since there are the TK2A and TK2B)
to the DL2ZAV fcfg file and
I've tested it and works quite ok for me.

Do ALT-G as well to see the departments multipliers.

I cannot put it on the web shortly so it is all 
here inside this message.

separate contests per mode
