[TRLog] Dupe checking disappeared

Hi all
I was working the CQ 160 contest and made a mistake entering a call, putting
in an 8 instead of a 9. Later on when I found that out, I went into the log
and changed it with a text editor.
Now, when I bring up TR, it no longer will do a partial dupe as I enter a
call. It will, however, dupe if I enter a full call and hit space bar.
Questions -
1. What did I do wrong?
2. How can I fix it before I get back into the contest tonight?
3. In the future, what do I do if I make that mistake again?
