[TRLog] Question on Cabrillo generation

Well, it is 90 percent right.  The Cabrillo file needs to show the
grid you sent.  The only place the ARRL section should show up is 
in the header information.  You can edit the file manuall and either
change one of the lines there or add one showing your ARRL section.
