[TRLog] How do I add soapbox comments to Cabrillo file?

I'm about to send my WPX CW Cabrillo file in. I have a separate
text file with a story I have written that I want to include in
the soapbox section. I don't want to type it in. If you saw the
story on 3830 you will understand why.

A little playing around with TR POST shows that a few characters
entered after the soapbox prompt yields a line starting SOAPBOX:
followed by whatever characters were entered. Try again, hit
RETURN after the characters, enter some more characters and now
get two lines starting with SOAPBOX: followed by the characters.
So, I could take my text file and type "SOAPBOX: " at the
beginning of every line. What a pain, although a trivial task in
Visual Basic or other programming languages. Also, I seem to
recall when trying this manual approach in the past that lines
longer than a certain (no longer remembered) number of characters
got truncated, requiring an immense amount of manual reformatting
so this wouldn't happen. Was I trying to cut and paste from text
editor into TRLog Cabrillo Soapbox prompts? Not easy, but I seem
to remember doing this. Don't even want to think about doing it
again.

A little research at
http://www.kkn.net/~trey/cabrillo/musings.html reveals that
Soapbox lines can be more than 80 characters. If this is so, then
I need to put SOAPBOX: in front of only the lines ending with a
CR/LF. i.e. only at the start of each line shown with line wrap
turned off in my text editor. This wouldn't be too bad to do
manually. Even easier if dumped into a spreadsheet, manipulated
there and written back into a text file, and of, course, easier
yet in VB.

So, my questions:

1.	Can you tell me where I can download a program (Windows or DOS)
which will take my text file and put SOAPBOX: wherever needed so
that I can insert the resulting text file into my Cabrillo file
and have it readable with no extra effort by the folks I send it
to? If not:

2.	Is it true that inserting SOAPBOX: at the start of each line of
text, no matter how many characters are in the line, including no
characters at all, will allow all the characters to be recovered
and appropriately formatted without any extra effort required by
the folks reading the Cabrillo file? A line being defined as
something that ends in CRLF (including CRLF standing there all on
its own).

3.	If a program to do what I want isn't available and I wrote one,
would you want a copy? No charge. (And little to no support
beyond the instructions.)

TIA for your help.
