[TRLog] Auto CQ problem in Russian contest

Hi All,

I had the same problem with several versions of TR.  Running in a 386 in DOS
that otherwise did fine.

It did not do it every time.  It seems like it was if TR was getting close
to sending another CQ when I started typing.  If I got a call right away and
hit the first letter well before time for TR to send again, it worked fine.

I have not tried it on this laptop nor have I tried it since I sold the
place in Feb of 2000.
