[TRLog] Bug in 6.59 cabrillo

I noticed that the cabrillo file for my SSB-SS log showed Sweepstakes CW as
the contest name, even though all the QSO's were correctly marked as phone.
I'm using 6.59. You may want to check before submitting to make sure yours
is correct. I've let Tree know so hopefully it can get fixed for next time.
