[TRLog] Radio connect problem

When I had my radio connected through a USB port addressed as "3" it worked
with TR just fine.  I have changed my setup and now have the radio
connected directly to the PC, using port "1".  I can not get TR to see the
radio.  My regular logging program, DX4Win, doesn't have a problem seeing
the radio on COM1.  Any ideas as to why TR isn't seeing the radio?
