[TRLog] Problems with SCP (Super Check Partial)

You are running low on memory - look in the upper right corner of the 
screen and see how much memory you have.  TR-Log only uses the base 640K
of memory on the computer and if memory starts getting low TR-Log turns off
features so that it will keep lettting you log QSOS.  SCP is one of the 
first things to go.
