[TRLog] WISH LIST - clear bandmap command

>From the responses I have received it seems that the only way to clear the
band map is to exit TR Log and delete bandmap.bin.

Please add to the wish list a command to clear the bandmap from within TR
Log.

Oh and Kodos to Tree for clearing up the QSY/filter problem with Icoms.
