[TRLog] ARRL Field Day and DX

The shortened CTY.DAT solution works great. Gives back quite a bit of
available memory too. Only catch is you left out "G" in your example.
After I fixed that, it works just fine. You do need to do the "ADD
DOMESTIC COUNTRY = DX" and add "Dx = DX" in the .DOM file. After that it
works fine.
