[Trlog] ICOM 821 workaround?

Just helping a friend try and set up his ICOM 821H config file for TRlog,
but it appears this model isn't supported  (not a big deal here if it
isn't). The older and similar 820 shows up in a list of ICOM address in the
TR manual, but not in the list of supported radios.  Just wondering if
anyone has been down this route before and if perhaps some other ICOM model
is close enough to  get basic frequency control to function.

In researching this, I spent some time going thru the latest manual and I
must say a big thanks to N7DR for the excellent job he has done on the
manual; and continues to do.  It looks and reads great, and all those nice
screen shots too....  Great job, and thanks Doc!
