Hi Bruce,

I just read your message now, which is way too late for the contest.
I also noticed that behaviour you say, which I think it is wrong
because I read the rules as you did, so at this level of knowledge
I think surely TR score this contest in a wrong way.
I heard you in the contest and we had a qso too, and you had
big numbers, so if you didn't get any help may be you have to
do a lot of edit work, or, may be KK1L will put an eye 
on this quickly and can deliver a new fix
so you just have to rescore it.
