[Trlog] IARU

Trying to do the multiplier check in POST. Versions 6.73 and 6.72A will not
do the check --- says TOO MANY MULTIPLIERS ENABLED.

Is there a way to do this without bypassing the multiplier check?

BTW, George and Ron both took time out of the contest to talk about the
problem I was having with 6.73 not taking the correct IARU exchange.
Service like this is hard to beat. Thanks to all who make TR the program of
choice for this station.
