[Trlog] irritating bandmap behavior

Had some of the same issues as K6LL in SS.  It also took me a while to remember 
about turning the CQ markers off since I'd tune to a spot on the radio 2 band and 
then F1 on the run radio would wipe out the call ;-) 

There was one new issue that caused me some trouble.  I use TR and one of the 
LPT ports to drive the Dunestar on radio 2 (Icom 746).  Often, (I don't want to say 
always 'cause I'm not sure) when working somebody using the ALT-D / spacebar 
approach the filter would turn on and off as the bandmap and log window updated.  
Consequently, as the radio was sending the qsl message on Radio2  the Dunestar 
was not "locked up".  I'll have to do some testing but my impression was that for a 
short time TR might be selecting the run band BCD value for the LPT.  This is based 
on the observation that the SWR jumped quite a bit and that does not happen when 
going from "on" to "open" with the filter.   Hope that makes sense...
