[Trlog] Freeze-up in SS Phone

Hi:

I ran all weekend without a TR hangup or crash.  I did have the
keyboard apparently freeze once, but it was because the cursor was
still in the band map.  A couple of escapes fixed that one.

Two radios (computer control), packet, DVP, LPT radio selection, 
DOS as part of a Windows 3.1 installation.
