Isn't the PTT driven my the DVK?  TR doesn't current drive the PTT when using
a voice keyer (including the DVP).  I guess what you asking for is for TR 
to drive it for a little while and delay sending the command to the DVK, and
then unassert PTT after the DVK has taken over?
