[Trlog] UBA Contest

There is a problem with the UBA contest in TR.
  
The only DXmults  used in this contest are (CT, CU, DL, EA, EA6, EI, F, G, 
GD, GI, GJ, GM, GU, GW, I, IS, LX, OE, OH, OH0, OJ0, OZ, PA, SM, SV, SV5, SV9, 
SY and TK). Currently (6.76) these DX mults, along with many others not in this 
list, show up in the Prefix mults list.

The only Prefix mults counted in this contest are (ON4, ON5, ON6, ON7, ON8, 
ON9, OT3, OR0, etc....). Currently many other prefix's such as HA and UA are 
recorded as mults.

Hopefully this is not a big problem to solve.
