[Trlog] TR 6.74 Aug 31

[Ron D. Rossi]

When using the RESCORE command (rather than READ) the polling of the radios is 
turned off which keeps the radio from tracking the state of TRLog. A bunch of 
other things happen automatically which speed up the process. It is outlined 
in the README file.
