[Trlog] Alt-G/Swap Mults

In the Texas QSO Party, using version 6.74, ALT-G "swap mults" should have rotated thru 
the long list of TEXAS Counties.  But it didn't -- and for the entire contest, only the last screen 
of the alaphabetical list was up on my computer.

Is there a program bug or have I made a mistake in trying to interpret the command??
