[Trlog] manual doesn't match program

For some reason the other night I wanted to pretend I was using a bug.  The
manual (current manual) said to put in:

PADDLE BUG = TRUE

but the program (most recent release) kicked it out.  I took a guess and
tried

PADDLE BUG ENABLE = TRUE

and I was swingin' away.  The manual and the program should match each
other, unless the point is to show that only really smart people (or people
with a lot of time on their hands) can send with a bug.

PS I am thinking about this.  I may not have had the most recent release of
the program running.  I don't remember installing it on that computer....if
it's been adjusted then disregard this email.  Sorry.
