[Trlog] Small notebook LCD screen with DOS

Hi Riki
Like you, I'm using a laptop with a small screen.  It is an ancient
Compaq 33 MHz laptop, but it does TR LOG just fine.

I use it with an external monitor at home, so I can use the 
monitor's controls to expand the image to fill most of the screen.

When I'm in the Field, say for Field Day, I make sure to turn off
the Bandmap feature, otherwise everything on the screen is
really tiny.
