BAND MAP CUTOFF FREQUENCY appears to be broken & with the default
settings, I often see cross-contamination of the bandmap from incoming
spots (on bands like 15, where there is sufficient separation between modes
to begin with).

With Tree re-writing the radio interface code, I suspect next step is to see
how things behave with the next release.
