[Trlog] Multi port PCI serial cards with setcomm.exe

Thanks to replies both on and off list I now have a copy of Setcomm 
1.1.  I can hardly wait to get spots into TR.

I understand that there was a later version which included parallel port 
support but that isn't an issue for me.
