[Trlog] Multi port PCI serial cards with setcomm.exe

I found it and was able to download it from 
http://www.qsl.net/ut2io/setcomm.exe.  I did a quick look and found it 
is version 1.1.  If you have any problems downloading let me know and I 
will email it to you.
