I posted a new version of 6.83 last night.  It has exactly one new feature
in it.

If you turn on WAIT FOR END OF CHARACTER (in the Control-J menu), whenever
the program is asked to abort a CW message (for any reason), it will do so 
AFTER the current character has been completley sent.  This feature was 
suggested by N5OT.  The intent of the feature it to make your operation 
sound a bit better during the SS when you might be interrupting a CQ to 
S&P on the second radio.  Instead of the interruption occurring instantly,
and therefore likely clobbering the character being sent, it will wait 
until the current character being sent has been completed.
