[Trlog] Set Up Question

For some reason I am unable to configure TR to count the multipliers on all 
bands in the NS sessions on Thursday nights. I use the following statements 
in the CFG file.

contest = internet sprint
add domestic country = kh6
domestic multiplier = domestic file
domestic filename = naqp.dom

I would appreciate it if someone would help me with what seems like a 
straight forward problem. I even tried "band mults = true" so I must have 
some other problem. TR will count a state as a mult the first time I work 
it, but not again on another band, which is the rule in the NS (not the 
Sprint).
