[Trlog] TR Log. Changing from .fff to NNNN serial number

In Excel:

* Highlight the column
* Format -> Cells
* Number tab 
* Choose "Custom"
* In the Type dialog enter 0000

That should force it to display four digits with leading zeros as appropriate.
