[Trlog] TR Log. Changing from .fff to NNNN serial number

In my spreadsheet (gnumeric running under Linux) I just have to make sure that the time column is imported as a text value rather than a numeric value. Then the leading zeroes are kept.

Sorry, I don't know if Excel has a similar option.
